Republic Windows and Doors, its workers, and the company's main lenders announced an agreement that will end the six-day sit in at Republic's Goose Island plant.
The plan will provide workers with 60 days pay and health coverage, as well as accrued vacation time.
Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase agreed to provide $1.75 million in loans to end the dispute, officials said.
Republic announced last Tuesday that the plant would close in three days. Workers began their sit-in Friday, saying the company was required by federal law to provide them with 60 days notice of the closing.
