The debate on health care reform is coming to Chicago, and Vice President Joe Biden is leading the discussion.
But you won’t be able to toss your two cents.
Biden, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and Dr. David Blumenthal, HHS national coordinator for health information technology, will lead a roundtable discussion on reform with local health care providers tomorrow morning. Doctors and nurses from Mt. Sinai Hospital will chat with the vice president, who is expected to emphasize the importance of health insurance reform, how health information is stored and the value of preventative care.
The event, at Sinai Community Institute, is closed to the public. We'll give you the scoop on what happens, though.
