A 13-year-old boy walking in the 1300 block of West Wilson Avenue yesterday was robbed by a man who grabbed his shirt from behind and demanded money, police said.

The victim gave the robber $7 and the man fled on foot.

Police said a description provided by the victim led them to arrest a 21-year-old man about 10 minutes later. The suspect's name was not immediately available.
