Two unidentified men robbed a family at gunpoint in their Albany Park apartment Friday evening.

The men forced open the back door of an apartment in the 4900 block of North Monticello Avenue at about 8 p.m., startling a mother and grandmother while they were in the bathroom giving a baby a bath, according to a police report.

According to police reports, the men demanded the women's jewelry, then locked them in the bathroom and ransacked the apartment, taking more jewelry before leaving, the report says.
