A man entering a building in the 7000 block of North Paulina Street on Thursday was robbed by an assailant who sprayed an unknown liquid in his eye, police said.

The robber took the victim's keys and wallet, which contained no money, police said.

The victim was treated and released from St. Francis Hospital in Evanston.

The police have not caught the robber.
