Logan Square skate park draws crowds

This slideshow looks at the city's first covered skate park, tucked under the Kennedy Expressway.

The park opened this spring after five years of planning. Kids can skate rain or shine and the expressway provides shade from the summer sun.

The skate park is located at 2430 W. Logan Blvd. and is open until 11pm.
