An Uptown man was attacked by two men as he approached his house at 1301 W. Argyle Wednesday afternoon, police said.

The victim noticed the two men standing in front of his door as he approached the house. One of the attackers punched the man in the face. When the victim fell, the robbers took his wallet and iPod, police said.
