Man attacked with hot sauce

A man suffered minor injuries after three others approached him and hit him in the head with a glass bottle of hot sauce Friday evening, police said.

The man was standing in the alley behind 4932 N. Mozart St. with friends when the offenders hit him with the bottle and then fled, according to police.

An ambulance took the man, whose head was bleeding, to Swedish Covenant Hospital for treatment.

No arrests were made.
