Three people were robbed at gunpoint near the Loyola University campus last week.
Two attackers approached the women from behind and grabbed their
purses. The women pulled their purses away, and both of the robbers pulled guns. The victims then handed over their purses and
the attackers ran from the scene, police said.
Victims in both incidents gave similar descriptions of their attackers, but police do not know if the crimes are related. They have not made arrests in either robbery.
