Police warn seniors about Southwest Side robberies

Chicago police are warning residents on the Southwest side about a recent spate of robberies.
Four incidents occurred on Aug. 19 and Aug. 20 between Western and Kedzie Avenues and 63rd and 65th Streets. In these cases, the elderly victims were approached by one or more male robbers.
Anyone with information about the crimes is asked to contact the Area One Detective Division at (312) 747-8382.
