and owners. Lakeside CDC’s workshop covers a range of topics, including:

5) Conducting effective meetings;
6) Resolving disputes;
7) Budgeting, reserves, and maintenance planning;
8) Insurance requirements for Associations and owners;
9) Assessments;
10) Self-management vs. management companies;
11) Responsibility of owners/renters living in owned units;
12) Building community; and much more.
Each participant will receive a 200+ plus page reference manual
