Miller accepts Heartland job

Dan Miller, former business editor of the Chicago Sun-Times, has joined the Heartland Institute, according to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer. Robert McClure, an environmental reporter, says Miller would be taking the position of Vice President and Publisher.
