Daily News announces Double Door fundraiser concert

The Chi-Town Daily News is presenting Chi-Town Rocks, a concert featuring local rock bands, at the Double Door  on Thursday, June 15.
 
The Chi-Town Daily News is an independent, non-profit local news website that works with community members to help them cover events and issues across the city. Proceeds from the Double Door show will fund the Daily News’ journalism efforts.
 
The concert bill includes three rising stars in the Chicago music scene:  Jenny Gillespie, Everyday Celebrity and Vultures are Lovebirds. All are unsigned Chicago bands that have been featured in the Daily News’ music download section.
 
The show starts at 8 p.m., and tickets are $10.
