You Make the Call...

The Chicago Bears currently reside on the doorstep of the playoffs in the NFC, despite the fact that Kyle Orton can’t hit the side of a house with a forward pass. After throwing for 68 yards on Sunday, Orton’s passer rating dipped to an NFC worst 60.2, and many Chicago sports writers and fans alike are clamoring for a QB change. Yes, Kyle Orton has already started more games in his rookie season than Grossman has during his entire career, and he is winning, but how long can the Bears winning ways continue without a real offense?

With a tough schedule ahead for the rest of the season and the surging Vikings nipping at our heels, there is little room for error. Rex Grossman is reportedly healthy enough to go, and even third string journey man Jeff Blake has been around the block a few times.

The Chicago Daily News would like to know what you think… is it time for a change, or do we stick with the dude who got us this far? Is it time to shake things up and find some offense or hold the course and continue to rely on the defense to win games?

What do you think; who should the Chicago Bears be starting at QB down the stretch?

Please e-mail your choice for the Bears starting QB along with your comments to:

An article will be posted on Friday featuring the results of this poll, as well as some comments from our readers.

Thank you, and go Bears!
