I'm not pulling any hits on a news search with the terms Jim Oberweis and FCC. Maybe I'm missing it, but it appears that a blog, Archpundit, broke the story of Jim Oberweis' possibly violating Federal Communications Commission rules regarding advertising. Oberweis, it will be remembered, was the candidate who created headlines, purportedly from newspapers around the state, during his last race for office.
