National Tap Day Festival
The hottest tap dancers from Chicago and beyond transform the Old Town School stage into the Savoy Ballroom in tribute to the "Queen of Swing", Norma Miller. The show features Reggio "The Hoofer" McLaughlin, Norma Miller "The Queen of Swing", Jane Goldberg, Jimmy Payne, George "Mo Leggs" Patterson III, Lisa LaTouche, Julie Cartier & Co., Doris Humphries, swing dancers and more. Live music will come from Sid Brown, Mac Jordan, Kathy Cowan, Lindsay Weinberg, and more.
