I've covered the White Sox for the Daily News since 2005, undeterred by the fact the team hasn't returned to the playoffs since I started. (Sox fans don't believe in curses, after all.)

A graduate of the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University, I've worked at various publications over the years covering everything from the futures market to sports business.

When I'm not criticizing hitting coaches or analyzing pitching stats, I'm usually on the golf course, at the bowling alley or listening to Wilco.
